healthy diet

The best way is not to burst into extreme diets and extreme exercises because the body likes a slow healthy precess of changes in terms of food and exercises.

For example have levels for your exercises, start of  going for a little jog or use the theadmill, I don't mean miles a day but something you and your body is comfortable with. Sit-ups, crunches for the upper belly and leg lifts for the lower stomach. Just lie on your back, hands under your butt. Lift you legs straight up and down (don’t let your feet touch the ground.) Do this 2 times a day and fatter two weeks start 3 to 4 times a day.

We should learn to pick out the best healthy foods from our normal daily diet and use them to form the basis for our new healthy eating habits.

Homemade fresh fruit Natural Juices

The fresh fruit natural juices are always a guaranteed source of health. It is easy to blend them during summer time as all the needed fruits are easier to purchase and you are always in the mood of a fruit juice on ice during a hot summer day.

Chile-Lime marinated Chicken Breast

Do you like chicken breast? Add some chili-lime, let it marinate and you have a consistent lunch. If you like the idea you can find below, the recipe for this meal. I can tell you from the start that if you follow it exactly, you will end up with a ‘Chile-Lime marinated chicken breast’ that provides 244 calories, 7 grams of fat and 32 grams of proteins.
The above values are acceptable even for someone on diet. As this recipe is intended for lunch and lunch should be the most consistent meal of the day
